1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Evential’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Services
Evential provides event photography, videography, post-production, and other related services. The scope of work, deliverables, and pricing will be detailed in a signed agreement between the client and Evential before the project begins.

• Bookings will only be confirmed once an official agreement is signed and a deposit is paid (where applicable).
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details (time, location, schedule).

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the final delivery of all materials.
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI.
• Any additional services requested during or after the event will be charged separately.

• Cancellations made 14 days before the event date will incur no additional charges. However, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in a charge of 50% of the total project cost.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Evential reserves the right to reschedule or assign an alternative team. If we cannot accommodate the event, a full refund will be provided.

• Standard post-production includes basic editing, color correction, and sound design. Additional editing requests will be billed separately.
• The client will receive the agreed-upon deliverables within the specified turnaround time, generally 7-14 business days, depending on the project.
• Revisions: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges.

• Evential retains the copyright for all images and videos produced. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the media for personal or commercial purposes.
• Evential reserves the right to use the footage for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• The client is responsible for providing access to the event venue and necessary permits for photography and videography.
• The client must inform Evential of any specific shots or footage they require before the event. Failure to do so may affect the final output.

• Evential is not responsible for any unforeseen delays or failures in delivering services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure.
• Evential’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
