1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Evential’s services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or service.

2. Service Agreement:
Evential offers professional event video production and photography services, including but not limited to Product Launches, Award Ceremonies, Seminars, Corporate Events, Team Building, and Exhibitions. By hiring Evential, you agree to the scope of services as outlined in the project agreement.

3. Payment Terms:

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation to secure our services for your event.
• The remaining 50% payment is due before the final delivery of the edited footage, photographs, or other deliverables.
• Delays in final payment may result in delayed delivery of final outputs. Non-payment may also lead to cancellation of services and additional late payment charges.

4. Changes and Revisions:
Any revisions to the content post-production, including edits to videos or photos, will be discussed and implemented within the scope of the project. If additional revisions are requested beyond the agreed-upon scope, Evential reserves the right to charge for extra edits based on time and resources required.

5. Output Satisfaction:
Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, professional event coverage based on the client’s brief and specifications. However, if the final output does not meet the client’s subjective expectations, it does not qualify for a refund. Creative output is subjective, and while we strive to align our production with the client’s vision, any creative differences will not exempt the client from completing the payment. The client will be required to pay the remaining 50% upon project completion, regardless of subjective satisfaction.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In the event of cancellation by the client, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable as it covers pre-production costs and scheduling.
• If Evential needs to cancel for any reason, a full refund of any payments made will be processed, and we will assist in finding an alternative provider if needed.

7. Intellectual Property:
Evential retains the right to use the event footage and images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All footage, photographs, and other media created during the event remain the intellectual property of Evential until full payment is received.

8. Liability:
Evential is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise during the event or from using our media content. While we ensure professional conduct and service, certain aspects like weather, equipment malfunction, or third-party involvement are beyond our control.

9. Client Responsibilities:
The client must provide access to the venue, necessary permits, and a clear schedule for the event. Evential is not responsible for missed shots or disruptions caused by logistical issues or lack of access.

10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes related to the project or services will be resolved through amicable negotiations between Evential and the client. If resolution is not possible, the matter may be escalated to legal proceedings in accordance with the governing laws.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept Evential’s guidelines for service delivery, payment, and creative output.
